Distraught Over Wolfpack Loss

Olivia was so distraught after the NC State game this past weekend that she threw herself out of Bart's lap and face planted on the ground. This resulted in a goose egg knot that got bigger all day Sunday and swelled up to completely close her eye by Monday morning. So we are blaming this first major injury on our beloved Wolfpack. The pictures below are from Tuesday morning when she could open her eye a little bit. Monday morning, though, she was pitiful. She was pushing on her eyelid trying to get it to open. She wouldn't let us put any ice on it, of course.  We took her to the doctor Monday afternoon to make sure nothing was broken, which it wasn't, thank goodness.
