For those of you who don't already know, we are moving to a new house. Actually, we have already moved lots of boxes, but the big move is tomorrow when the movers come to move our furniture. Tomorrow night will be the first night spent in the new house. This has been a really quick decision and process. We were not planning to move any time soon, but we found a great deal on a much bigger house than we are in now in a great neighborhood. The house was in foreclosure so there has been some work that has been done and a little more work for us to do in the future--nothing major though. Let's just say that I am going to be repainting/touching up trim work in my free time for the next several months. The house sits on a hill at the entrance to our neighborhood. It has trees on 2 sides and nice neighbors on the 3rd. There are no houses across the street, just a nice tree lined sidewalk and pond. The back yard has a deck and a nice shaded area that will hopefully have a nice play area, sandbox, etc. for Olivia come spring. The neighborhood has a pool, playground, playing field, and tennis courts. I am including some pictures, but they were taken while some repairs were being done on the house so excuse the trashcan sitting in the kitchen and the cords hanging out the windows. I'll post some more pictures once we get settled in a little.
